This recent blog post by one of the most prominent VC firms in Silicon Valley (Andreesen Horowitz) outlines a great list of 16 metrics and KPIs for startups. While these metrics are focused more for tech startups (and especially SaaS startups), most of these metrics can be as important for non-tech SMBs in the San Francisco Bay Area.
